PRICE PROMISE FAQ’S

What is NZ Muscle’s Price Promise?

NZ Muscle’s Price Promise is our commitment to providing you with the best value for your supplement needs. It ensures that if you find a lower price on an identical product from a competitor, we'll match that price under certain conditions. These conditions include the product being identical, in stock, and meeting specific criteria outlined in our Price Promise terms and conditions.

Is proof required?

Yes, proof is required for NZ Muscle’s Price Promise. Proof, in the form of a digital screenshot of the competitor’s lower price, must be provided through the form on our website.

Do I need to have an NZ Muscle account?

Yes, you must have a customer account on our website.

What companies can we offer Price Promise against?

NZ Muscle’s Price Promise is applicable to online purchases from any company based in New Zealand. However, it does not extend to overseas stores or websites, and we do not price match against entities that do not fulfill orders from a New Zealand warehouse.

Can I purchase items in bulk with Price Promise?

To ensure fairness to all customers, NZ Muscle reserves the right to refuse bulk quantity purchases under the Price Promise. The Price Promise is designed to match prices for regular consumer quantities and may not be applicable for large or wholesale quantities. This is to maintain fairness in our pricing policies.

What payment methods are accepted?

At present, we can only process price matching via credit card payment over the phone.
