Can I change my delivery address?

The wrong address is on my order, what can I do?
Once you have placed an order online you cannot change the shipping address under your account. As we pick and pack orders fairly quickly, there is a small window of time where we can try and update the address for you.

The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is to call us or email with ""Change of address"" as the subject line with your order number. We'll do our best to help you out.

My order has been shipped with the wrong delivery address, what can I do?
If your order has been shipped with the wrong delivery address, please contact Courier Post on 0800 COURIER and quote your tracking reference. If not out for delivery, Courier Post should be able to update the address on your parcel.  

I need to redirect my parcel to an alternative address?

If you need to change the delivery address after your order is shipped, you can request a redirection to an alternative address within 70km of the original delivery address.  

Once your order is picked up by the courier, enter your tracking number in NZ Post's online tracking tool to redirect to an alternative address or call 0800 COURIER.

Alternatively, contact us if your parcel hasn't been shipped and we can update the delivery address.

Due to the fast turnaround time for orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed.
