How do I know it's safe to shop with you?

NZ Muscle respects the use of your personal details and your privacy will be protected with the strictest confidence. NZ Muscle will not sell, or allow third parties access to your information without your approval. All customer information is intended for internal use only and will not be disclosed to any third party or organisation.

Within this site, customers may be asked to give personal information. NZ Muscle asks for information that is necessary to process orders and to fulfil its obligations under the website terms. NZ Muscle may also use the customer's information for future marketing. If the customer does not wish his or her details to be used for this purpose, the customer will need to check the "opt out" box which can be maintained in the My Account area, or when initially signing up with NZ Muscle.

The customer is not obliged to provide NZ Muscle with this information, although failure to do so may result in NZ Muscle being unable to process the customer's order or provide the customer with future marketing information.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We process credit card and direct debit payments (other than afterpay and Laybuy) through Payment Express  a PCI-DSS compliance payment solution.  We do not store your credit card information after your order is complete. Rest assured, that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order.
