Pre-ordered items

Some items listed on our website are pre-orders. This means the items are not in stock yet, but due to popular demand they have been listed online for presale. Pre-orders are marked with a yellow pre-order label and the approximate shipping times will be listed on the right.





Shipping during Covid

Whilst NZ is effectively COVID free, the impact of this pandemic has had wide reaching impacts.  One of these is on global shipping. Increased demand on international supply has caused congestion in most overseas ports and a shortage of available shipping containers to move product to New Zealand.  Please note there may be some instances which are outside of our control with shipping delays.


Cancelling pre-orders

As we order stock based on the quantities of pre-orders received we are unfortunately able to provide a refund for pre-orders. We are happy to provide a store credit.
